Four more women are joining a federal defamation lawsuit against Bill Cosby, The Associated Press reports.

On Friday, a lawyer for three plaintiffs in a defamation suit filed against Cosby last year filed a notice saying these women were joining the case. As in the three other defamation suits Cosby is facing, the four women say Cosby sexually abused them in the past and that he recently defamed them by having his representatives label them as liars.

According to the notice, all seven women will take a single deposition from Cosby.

The comedian is currently attempting to avoid a deposition in the defamation suit filed by former supermodel Janice Dickinson. Cosby's legal team appealed the ruling that would have required Cosby and his former attorney Martin Singer to give sworn testimony regarding Dickinson's claims of being drugged and raped in 1982. The court is now seeking legal briefs by the end of the month before making a final decision.
