After months of workouts and dieting, Rachel Frederickson was crowned the winner of The Biggest Loser Season 15. But her bone-thin appearance on the live finale Tuesday night sparked some concern over her health.
A former competitive swimmer, Frederickson began the competition at 260 pounds. When she weighed in Tuesday, she was down to 105.
Though fans took to Twitter expressing concern over Frederickson's health, the reality star insists to Today that there's nothing to worry about and that she has no plans of losing any more weight.
"I'm at the maintenance point now, so I need to find some balance and make sure I work out and I eat healthy and make good choices 90 percent of the time," Frederickson said after the finale. "I'm not sure [I'll maintain this weight], but I plan to try new exercises and just continue on this path and see where that takes me."
