The comedy series Barry is coming to HBO next month, and on Friday the network unveiled the full trailer for the eight-episode first season. And it looks like it's going to some dark places.

Barry stars former Saturday Night Live cast member Bill Hader as the titular hitman, whose depressing life as a killer-for-hire gets shaken up when he follows a target into an acting class taught by Gene Cousineau (Henry Winkler) and unexpectedly finds a place he feels he belongs. He wants to start a new life as an actor, but his life of crime is hard to escape. Can he find out a way to do both?

Hader's co-stars include Office Space's Stephen Root as Barry's handler Fuches, True Detective's Glenn Fleshler as Chechen mob boss Goran Pazar and Sarah Goldberg as Sally, Barry's classmate crush. Hader executive-produces alongside Silicon Valley's Alec Berg and will direct a few episodes.

Barry premieres Sunday, March 25 at 10:30/9:30c on HBO.
