Frank Sinatra's Widow Calls Mia Farrow's Baby Daddy Allegations "a Bunch of Junk"

Mia Farrow's son Ronan and Frank Sinatra sure look alike, but Sinatra's widow, Barbara, still isn't buying the actress' claim that Ronan may be the son of the legendary singer.

"It sounds like a phony to me," Barbara Sinatra told The Desert Sun Wednesday. "I can't hardly believe that. It's just a bunch of junk. There's always junk written — lies that aren't true."

Mia Farrow: Son's father is "possibly" Frank Sinatra — not Woody Allen

Barbara's denial comes shortly after Farrow revealed to Vanity Fair that her 25-year-old son may not have been fathered by Farrow's longtime partner Woody Allen, but by her ex-husband Sinatra. Farrow and Sinatra were married from 1966-1968, but she told Vanity Fair "we never really split up."

Understandably, Sinatra's widow would beg to differ, at least on that last part. Barbara was Frank's fourth wife and the two were married for 22 years before the classic crooner died in 1998. He would have been 78 when Ronan was conceived. A DNA test has never been performed.

Barbara's stepdaughter, and Frank's daughter, Nancy Sinatra Jr., did not seem to directly deny the allegations about Ronan, saying, "He is a big part of us, and we are blessed to have him in our lives." Ronan himself made light of the revelation on Wednesday when he quipped on Twitter: "Listen, we're all *possibly* Frank Sinatra's son."

Allen and Farrow were together from 1980 until 1992. Allen notoriously went on to marry one of Farrow's adopted daughters, Soon-Yi, in 1997.
