Days after Netflix chief content officer Ted Sarandos said he was "positive" that Arrested Developmentwould return and that a fifth season was "just a matter of when," star Will Arnett added fuel to the fire.
More TV shows that were resurrected
While appearing on The Tonight Show Thursday, Arnett confirmed that Season 5 was in the works. "It's going to happen. We don't know when, but it is going to happen," he told Jimmy Fallon.
Arrested Development first returned for a 15-episode fourth season last May after seven years off the air. Although it's still unclear yet when Season 5 will go into production or premiere on the streaming service, series creator Mitch Hurwitz signed a multi-year with Netflix in April to create and produce original series.
