"The split is completely amicable and their prime focus is their daughter," his rep tells the magazine. "They ask that their privacy be respected at this time."
Patricia Arquette calls off divorce
The Mediumstar, 42, filed for divorce from Jane , 41, in 2009, but the two later reconciled. The actress and Jane, who stars on HBO's Hung, have a 7-year-old daughter named Harlow.
Reps for the couple did not immediately respond to TVGuide.com's request for comment.
