R&B Singer Ameriie Marries

Ameriie wed former record label executive Lenny Nicholson on Saturday, People reports.

"This is such an exciting time for me. This is my first marriage and I am over the moon," the "1 Thing" singer told People. "I look forward to a loving and enduring marriage. This day couldn't come any sooner for me. I am beyond thrilled. I will remember this day forever."

The Grammy-nominated singer, 30, wore a Monique Lhullier gown and baby blue Yves Saint Laurent Tribute sandals. The groom wore a Hugo Boss tuxedo.

Ameriie's pastor, the Rev. Phillip E. Knight, officiated the ceremony, which took place at a resort in the British West Indies. The reception included music by DJ Konflikt and a seven-tier wedding cake.

The couple is honeymooning at the resort.

Ameriie, who also co-starred in the 2004 film First Daughter, is working on her fifth studio album.
