Amanda Bynes has been moved to the UCLA Medical Center as part of her continued 30-day psychiatric hold, TMZ.com reports.
Bynes was transferred from a Ventura County-area facility under the request of her mother, who is serving as Bynes' temporary conservator, because UCLA's medical facility is one of the top-rated in the country. Bynes' transfer went through Thursday when a bed became available.

Amanda Bynes' increasingly erratic behavior: A timeline
In July, Bynes was hospitalized on a 5150 involuntary psychiatric hold after she started a small fire in a resident's driveway in Thousand Oaks, Calif. The night before, Bynes was involved in an altercation with a cab driver after she was denied entry into a nearby retirement community, which called her a cab. She was kicked out of the cab after saying that she didn't have money, and police were subsequently called. The three-day hold was extended to two weeks to allow doctors to properly diagnose her. The hold was later extended to 30 days.

Britney Spears was also hospitalized at UCLA when she was placed under a 5150 psychiatric hold in 2008.
