Amanda Bynes has been charged with two counts of hit-and-run, TMZ reports.

Bynes first allegedly rear-ended a BMW in April, but prosecutors rejected the case due to lack of witnesses. After the actress faced a near-identical accusation last month, the original hit-and-run case has since been reopened. Prosecutors are now charging Bynes for both misdemeanors.

The actress is due in court on Sept. 27. If convicted of both, Bynes faces up to a year in jail. This is only the latest in many legal incidents Bynes faced this summer. In June, she pled not guilty to a DUI charge after striking a police car.
