Amanda Bynes got some good news on Friday, with a judge ruling that the bong-tossing case against the actress will be dismissed if she does not get into any more trouble over the next six months, according to The Associated Press.
In May, Bynes was arrested after police said she threw a bong out her New York apartment window and was seen smoking a joint in the complex lobby. She was charged with reckless endangerment and marijuana possession.
Bynes was later placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold in July after she lit a fire in a driveway in California. She was released from rehab earlier this month. As part of her agreement with the judge, Bynes must attend counseling sessions twice a week for six months. If she is arrested, the deal will be revoked.
