Alec Baldwin Engaged to Yoga Instructor Girlfriend

Alec Baldwin is engaged to his girlfriend Hilaria Thomas, his rep has confirmed on Twitter. 
"Alex proposed to Hilaria this weekend & we're all excited 4 the newly engaged couple," Matthew Hiltzik, the actor's rep wrote. "AB's birthday's tom'w. Great way 2 celebrate!"

Baldwin proposed to the 28-year-old yoga instructor during a weekend trip to the East End of Long Island, according to New York's Daily News.

Thomas, who was born in Mallorca, Spain, is the co-owner of New York's Yoga Vida yoga studio, where she also teaches classes. The two met in early 2011 and moved in together last fall. Baldwin, who currently stars on 30 Rock, was married to actress Kim Basinger for 9 years. The two went through a very public divorce in 2002.
