A New Hampshire man is suing Donald Trump for age discrimination, claiming that, at age 49, he was dismissed as too old to even be considered a contender when he tried out for The Apprentice in 2005, the New York Post reports. Joseph Hewitt, who also names reality-TV impresario Mark Burnett as a defendant, is seeking class-action status for his suit. The Donald, astonishingly, has yet to comment.
