ABC has officially confirmed it's first round of renewals.
Both Once Upon a Time EP Adam Horowitz and The Goldbergs creator Adam Goldberg shared the news of their new seasons on Twitter.
The rest of the network's Wednesday night comedy block will stay intact with pickups for The Middle, Black-ish, and Modern Family.
Shonda Rhimes' blockbuster Thursday will get a round three with Grey's Anatomy, Scandal and How to Get Away with Murder all racking up renewals. The network rounds out the list with America's Funniest Home Videos, The Bachelor, Dancing with the Stars, Marvel's Agents of SHIELD, Shark Tank and Quantico.
The veteran procedural Castle remains on the bubble along with Last Man Standing, Marvel's Agent Carter,American Crime, Galavant and country music drama Nashville. A lot of the network's freshman class also waits for word on sophomore seasons includingThe Muppets, Dr. Ken, The Family and The Real O'Neals.
These are the first pickups for ABC's 2016-17 season. The announcements come only two weeks after ABC replaced its president of entertainment, Paul Lee, with Channing Dungey.
