ABC has picked up the Charlie's Angels pilot that will be executive-produced by film Angel Drew Barrymore, the network announced Thursday.

The one-hour drama will be a modern remake of the 1970s classic and be set in Miami. Also attached to the project is former Smallvilleexecutive producers, Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, and Leonard Goldberg, who served as executive producer of the original series.
