What's the gimmick? Contestants are eliminated from the show in wild ways (like being shot of a cannon or pulled off a dock by a speed boat).
The network has ordered six episodes, to be hosted by Jeff Sutphen (Nickelodeon's BrainSurge) and to be executive-produced by Wipeout's Matt Kunitz.
"Incorporating action-packed stunts that will eject contestants so outlandishly within the show, is sure to keep contestants and viewers on the edge of their seats having no idea what to expect next," David Goldberg, chairman of Endemol North America, told Deadline.
101 Ways to Leave a Game Show premiered in Great Britain and has since aired in six other countries including Italy, Argentina and Israel.
