Fall TV Preview: Get scoop on Castle and other returning shows
ABC is developing a show based on the best-selling mystery books, which have been published in real life, Variety reports. Gregory Poirier (Missing) is writing the pilot and executive-producing with Castle creator Andrew Marlowe (who announced this summer that he's stepping down as primary showrunner) and his wife, executive producer Terri Edda Miller.
Derrick Storm, the hero of the novels, is a spy who helps the CIA with secret missions.
Castle kicks off Season 7 Monday, Sept. 29 at 10/9c on ABC.
