Taylor is the title agent hired to capture an outlaw who committed a robbery and killed two people in the process. Along the way he falls in love with Ryan, the sister of one of the murdered men, and eventually brings down the fugitive killer. Newfield's direction concentrates more on the violent aspects of the picture than on any other facet.
