In the aftermath of Earth's nuclear destruction, scientist Jack Van Helsing - a descendant of famed vampire hunter Dr. Van Helsing - joins forces with a team of astronaut survivors to colonize the moon and re-populate human civilization among the stars. But, when the rogue war machine ambushes their camp, Xterminator Van Helsing again finds himself lost in space. Muddying the post-apocalyptic brew is Thanatos, a former mental patient turned self-styled zombie king, whose main goal is to wreak havoc on his way to joining the immortal dark gods - if they'll have him. When a deposed alien known as General Zvitz seeks to help rescue an ambassador and thwart the evil Xterminator, Van Helsing is thrust into the eye of the storm yet again, fighting for his life - or what's left of it - against a constant onslaught of colorful foes, fiends, and treacherous artificial intelligence. With no planet to call home, the whole universe is the arena for mankind's wildest battle for survival.
