8 great swords morph into 8 handsome warriors including Munechika Mikazuki (Hiroki Suzuki). The warriors try to protect history. The 8 warriors know that Nobunaga Oda was supposed to die at the Honno-ji incident in 1582, but he did not die. To revert back to the original history, the 8 warriors go back in time to assassinate Nobunaga Oda.
