Based on the case of Larry McLinden who, upon breaking up with his girlfriend, is told that their son isn't biologically his. He has loved him as his own and is determined to keep him as his own and starts a custody battle which will challenge the laws of the state and the rights of the parent who raises a child, whether genetically linked or otherwise.
