The Picnic

It is a beautiful day in York, Pennsylvania and nothing more could capture its glory but by going outside and breathing some fresh air, which is exactly what a small-town family thought as they embark on a relaxing day-trip of hiking and picnicking in the woods. Though Mia, a typical teen, doesn't show much interest and would rather be out with friends, her parents are basking in the sun as they explore the local nature. After settling down from a couple hours of hiking the empty trails, the family finds the perfect place to rest and eat. When a random stranger, hiking nearby, crosses paths with them, things become uncovered that was thought to have lain dormant for years. This evokes a rebirth of some inner demons and even worst nightmares. Soon a struggle occurs for lives and sanity in an attempt to survive a broken past's most terrifying fears. "It's a great day for a family picnic"
