In post-WW II Germany, Morris is an American major assigned to stop the leakage of information to the Communists. He winds up actually working for the enemy, a result of blackouts he suffers, which allow the spies to hypnotize him and then have him photograph valuable documents. The intriguing story suffers from inefficient production techniques. Morris, a legitimate war hero who had shot down seven Japanese aircraft and sunk three ships, was in a career decline at the time; he went to England for this one as a result.
