Senseless, bloody revenge film starring Kennedy as a NATO war planner stationed in Italy whose family is slaughtered by terrorists led by Avianca (who also produced this mess). Fueled by the great American notion of "might makes right," Kennedy goes out in search of the terrorists to kill them. Director Dmytryk and writers Hunter and Powell ignore any political, social, or emotional aspects of the material and play directly to the viewer's blood-lust instincts.
