Daniel Chetman, also known as Chet, a former criminal, is now an honest and reformed man. One evening, on his way home, he witnesses a group of thugs assaulting a young Chinese woman and decides to come to her rescue. The attackers belong to the gang of Mathias Hagen, with whom Daniel once did business. Although Mathias chooses to let the incident slide, Daniel, unable to tolerate the violence that plagues his neighborhood, decides to stand up to him - no matter the cost.
