Dull story starring Nolan as a private dick trying to bring a key witness (Hughes) from Denver to San Francisco via train so the girl can clear a man convicted of murder. Along the way Nolan must protect her from people who don't want her to reach the final destination. Based on some character names and the novel by Nebel, this seems to be a partial remake of SLEEPERS EAST (1934).
