Sizzle Beach, U.S.A. Reviews

It never fails. When a once-unknown actor attains some prominence, a previously unreleasable feature suddenly takes on a whole new value. It happened twice in 1986 to Kevin Costner with the inept SHADOWS RAN BLACK and this film, which was even worse. Shot sometime in the late 1970s, the mindless story is about three girls (Terry Congie, Leslie Brander, and Roselyn Royce) who want to make it big in Los Angeles. Their liaisons lead to various stages of nudity, pitifully few laughs, and a brief appearance by Costner as a horse trainer. Inept from the opening titles to the closing credits.
