Gauri marries Jai and reaches Raje mansion where she gets a shock that she resembles his dead wife Vasumati who died due to car accident.Jai believes that his wife is not dead and is come in guise of Gauri. A new life starts for the newly married but horrifying things keep on happening in the mansion.Inspector (Ganesh Yadav) investigating the case of Vasumati feels even though Vasumati's car crashed in deep valley she cant be called dead as her body was never recovered. The oldest member of the mansion the housemaid claims that she is very much alive and talks to her every night.But the Raje family doesn't believe any of this as its impossible for Vasumati to survive such a big accident. Gauri's college friend (Santosh Juvekar) is suspicious about something and feels Gauri's life is in danger.In order to protect her he keeps an eye on her but gets murdered and Gauri is blamed for his death. As among everyone only Gauri knew him in the village.
