M3, a mutant virus, goes out of control during an experiment and infects the world. Instead of concentrating on gratuitous special effects, PLAGUE has enough sense to devote its attention to developing the scientist character. It's his responsibility to come up with an antivirus and save humanity from oblivion. Unfortunately, PLAGUE is more laughable than it is interesting.
