Mr. Soft Touch Reviews

Ford stars as a hunted gambler who has robbed a gambling institution of money he considers rightfully his. He takes refuge in a settlement house run by social worker Keyes, who mistakes Ford for a wife-beater. The two eventually fall in love, with Ford devoting himself to helping the underprivileged. The use of two directors, Levin and Douglas, shows in the uneven pace and the stereotyped performances.
