Julie Reviews

Unimaginative suspenser has Day worried that her second husband Jourdan is trying to kill her. After discovering that he offed her first spouse, Day realizes that husband number two would rather do the same to her than lose his wife to someone else. The anti-climactic finish has Day working as a stewardess on a plane which Jourdan boards. In flight, he kills the pilot and wounds the copilot before he himself is killed. Of course it's all up to Day to safely land the winged beast. It's fast and furious, but suffers from an overstuffed plot. Nominated for two Academy Awards: Best Original Screenplay and Best Song ("Julie" by Leith Stevens and Tom Adair).
