In 1896 Chicago, serial killer Heram Webster Mudgett was hanged and buried in the Englewood neighborhood where he lived and killed. 110 years later, a local reporter investigates a series of murders that are strikingly similar to those that terrorized the neighborhood earlier. Is someone playing a sick game, or is Mudgett acting from beyond the grave?
