A pack of Rottweilers, bred and trained by the U.S. military to kill humans, escape to ravage the peaceful mountain resort town of Lake Lure. It is up to the local sheriff to protect his small community.

A low-budget horror film intended mostly for the drive-in circuit in the South, this picture centers on a sheriff (Earl Owensby) trying to deal with a pack of dogs that is attacking the populace of his community. Shot in 3-D, the film is boring and ridiculous, with a lousy lead performance by Owensby, who insists on starring in most of the films his North Carolina-based company produces.
