As a newborn, Gabriella is discreetly given up to an orphanage to be raised in seclusion by the church. Gabriella's adoptive family give her plenty of love and raise her to be a strong and independent woman. However, Gabriella soon discovers, as a young adult, that the life she has known is nothing but a lie fabricated by the church. A lie created to conceal an unholy union between her young mother and something truly evil... An evil that wants to take ownership of Gabriella and her soul.
