'Punishment and crime' is a reversed novel of F. M. Dostoevsky. All characters have been already punished and only after getting through crime they will be free, although lonely. The story is told on behalf of Valeria, Andrey's classmate, who has quit everything in order to save him, she's come to Moscow and met him. But she doesn't know what to do next. She gets into the cycle of events happening with Andrey with his everyday search of the murder of his fiancée. And when Andrey finally finds the murder, he kills him. Together with Valeria we become so helpless to stop and save him.
