Bella Thorne

Age: 16 Star power: Since making her television debut in 2003, Thorne has gone on to star in the hit Disney series Shake It Up, the Adam Sandler film Blended and has several big flicks on the way this year. The actress — who's also released an album — was recently named as a spokesperson for both Candies and Neutrogena. And did we mention she's just 16? It's no surprise we named her as a rising star to watch here.
