Fans of Jersey Shore party girls Snooki and JWoWW needn't be worried that their advancing ages — and changed circumstances -- have turned them into boring old fuddy-duddies. Pauly D Sued By Former Agency

Paul "DJ Pauly D" DelVecchio has been sued by his former agency ICM, according to The Hollywood Reporter. The Pauly D Project's Posse: More lovable than the cast of Jersey Shore The lawsuit, filed on Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, says that the company helped the reality star earn a hefty paycheck after a successful first season of Jersey Shore. Pauly D and ICM had a verbal agreement that entitled the company to 10 percent of DelVecchio's business opportunities. After getting 10 percent commission for the MTV show's second season, ICM was fired by Pauly D, but now claims it is owed subsequent profit totaling $370,000 for the past two seasons of the series.
