Attorneys for Britney Spears and her father, Jamie, have obtained a restraining order against the singer's former manager/friend Sam Lutfi, one-time beau Adnan Ghalib, and attorney Jon Eardley — all of whom, court documents claim, have been conspiring to gain control of the pop star's affairs.

One year after first being named Spears' co-conservators, her father and family lawyer Andrew Wallet filed documents stating their belief "that [Lutfi, Ghalib and Eardley] are working in concert to disrupt the [now-permanent] conservatorship, with an utter disregard for Ms. Spears' health and well being."

The restraining order forbids Lutfi and Ghalib from contacting Spears or coming within 250 yards of her, her property or family members.

The court documents, released Friday, claim that Lutfi has tried to contact Spears by sending text messages to her hairdresser and has sent "anonymous, harassing and threatening" messages to her father.

Lutfi once was accused by Spears' mother, Lynn, of grinding pills into her food to control her. He was hit with a restraining order in February 2008, but lawyers allowed it to lapse last July.

Ghalib, a paparazzo, dated Spears around the time of her late-2007 downward spiral. Since then, say court documents, Spears has occasionally and innocently advised him of her itinerary, at which point Ghalib arranges for paparazzi to meet and film her to his financial benefit."

Neither Ghalib nor Lutfi have returned calls made by UsMagazine.com in regard to this latest matter. A hearing on whether to extend the restraining order is set for Feb. 23.

Britney's father and Wallet were named permanent co-conservators of the singer's affairs in early 2008, following her two forced hospitalizations.
