With major structural issues plaguing them, can they still afford to give this flip the high-end transformation it needs?

This three bedroom, two bath house in the Rivergrove area is just the sort of zombie Dolmar and his team dream of. But, when the renovation costs keep growing, and their problems keep multiplying, Dolmar begins to feel less and less "friendly" about his arrangement.

Or will it be a total bust?
