Episode 1
A cub loses half its foot and no one knows whether it will be able to survive in the wild. The shyest cub takes on the greediest, and outside the pens moose calves are threatened by predators.
Episode 2
Angelika and Peter move two aggressive coastal bears to remote islands for a dramatic shoreline release, while near the shelter Kim tries to rescue black bear cubs.
Episode 3
An escaped bear must be re-captured, so it can be set free later with its siblings. A new volunteer frets over a tiny cub's efforts to make friends with the other cubs.
Episode 4
Volunteers try to save three vulnerable moose calves, but one suffers from an incurable disease. Two notorious brawler cub siblings battle their way to a dramatic release.
Episode 5
Tanja's on a remote release when one of the yearlings escapes from the shelter. A conservation officer is forced to make a risky decision to re-capture it.
Episode 6
The shelter's three rowdiest yearlings need to be released, but first they must be trapped. A second moose calf arrives with identical injuries to one that just died.
Episode 7
A bear that's missing half a foot, must prove she's got the right stuff to survive in the wild. Tanja tries catching a cornered bear and later takes in a seriously injured fawn.
Episode 8
Sophie, a bear that overcame severe illness, is released while another bear arrives with the same symptoms. A fawn with two broken legs struggles to walk again.
Episode 9
Digger can't climb but the yearling must learn to if he's going to be released. An injured elk calf lands himself in solitary until his attitude improves.
Episode 10
Sally must triple the weight on a starving bear in time for its release, and two otters have to learn to catch fish before they too can be freed.
Episode 11
A runt-cub is so terrified of the bigger cubs, he's missing out on his food. Angelika and Peter recruit a local arborist to try rescuing orphaned cubs high in a tree.
Episode 12
Angelika decides on major surgery to fix a cub's broken leg. The shelter's grumpiest cub must learn to get along with other cubs before going into hibernation.
