Having fled with Mozzie and the immense Nazi submarine treasure, Neil found refuge on corrupt Henry Dobbs's Caribbean island, which doesn't extradite to the US. FBI Agent Kyle Collins is assigned to lead the hunt for them, HQ suspecting Peter and his New York boss Reese Hughes loyally biased.

Episode 2
Tue, Jul 17, 201243 mins
Peter has joined Mozzie on the island, where Neal has gone missing, having sought shelter with corruption kingpin Henry Dobbs. The crook was to hide and protect Neal on his estate, but learning FBI agent Kyle Collins is after him, he had him cuffed to be deported, whereby Collins shot Neal in the leg for nearly pulling a Houdini. Coming to realize Dobbs is an alias for most wanted criminal Robert MacLeish, Mozzie and Peter plan to discredit him, exposing him, and capturing him as payoff to redeem Neal. The plan to sabotage Dobb's monthly party for bribe receivers, with Peter undercover as a barman recommended by caterer Maya (whom Neal charmed), needs improvised fixing on the fly. Afterward, the FBI has bad news for Peter.

Episode 3
Tue, Jul 24, 201244 mins
Peter sighs patiently on punitive reassignment to the FBI evidence stockroom, bagging stolen cellphones. Sara Ellis turns to Peter and Neal about a dead inside trader fraudster worth $50,000,000, whose widow, Sophie Covington, is uncooperative except to Neal (who saved her from an attempted kidnapping at the funeral). Neal charms her and finds she's no black widow but targeted by her late husband's dodgy business partner, Wilson Mailer. The latter is manipulated by Mozzie through trigger-nervous PI Freddy Slavkin, hired to spy on Wilson by his suspicious wife, Poppy. When Wilson bribes an accomplice for a kidnapping, Neal must trick everyone. Peter is finally reinstated.

Episode 5
Tue, Aug 14, 201244 mins
A device set to disable a museum's security system at 3PM prompts the summoning of the FBI to protect its art. Neal and the bureau discover the mystery thief to be a highly perceptive, calculating woman who later makes a private deal with Neal -- she'll steal hard-to-get records on Ellen for him if he'll appropriate a mobile from the museum for her.

Episode 6
Tue, Aug 21, 201244 mins
After Mozzie buys a storage unit, he's attacked at home by a robber but manages to escape. Neal brings in Peter, who mobilizes the FBI team to follow clues, which confirm Mozzie's initially dismissed conspiracy theory. It turns out to be all about the Clovers, a secret society of families descended from revolutionary spies (including Robert Townsend) during the war of independence, whose conventions were recently published by Harvard professor Oliver Stringer. They must keep playing spy games to set traps.

Episode 7
Tue, Aug 28, 201244 mins
Peter looks forward to testify against corrupt developer Delancy, as prepared extensively with befriended young ADA Josh Bryson. The latter surprisingly messes up in court on purpose, later seeking help being blackmailed with bed pictures set-up by Delancy's political fixer Landon Shepard. Neal devises an elaborate trap, with surprising help from Sara and Elizabeth. Neal's discrete meeting with his corrupt late father's former police partner Sam Phelps seems a dead end, as he fails to win confidence, but confers with Mozzie, who suggests involving Peter.

Episode 8
Tue, Sep 4, 201243 mins
Peter mobilizes the FBI team as he and Neal suspect his ex, Alex Hunter, who missed out on the Nazi submarine treasure, may be behind a series of recent art heists. Mozzie, following a false lead, gets himself and Peter cornered while searching her apartment. Neal's cover is blown, so she reconsiders a joint heist. Nevertheless, they plan to rob an Ancient Greek art exhibition in a famous gallery, manipulated by corrupt Greek official Rasmus Spiteri, with Neal posing as installation artist. Double agendas and mishaps keep complicating everything.

Episode 9
Tue, Sep 11, 201244 mins
Neal has to resume his Wall Street alias to apply for a broker position in the investment firm of slick 'friend' Eric Dunham, who is suspected of systematic insider trading. That requires tipping him off and entering the inner circle, an after-hours boxing club, where only the winning fighters share in the valuable secrets. Peter insists to enter and win, but Neal is in no mood to help him after finding out Peter's suspicion scared off Sam Phelps, the undercover cop who promised Neal to tell what happened to his absent cop father.
Episode 10

Despite their bitter row over Sam Phelps, Neal accepts keeping his professional collaboration with Peter, even appearing together as 'model team' agent/informer at Agent Walt Furlong's international law enforcement convention. Together, they encounter Ted Anderson's evil plan at Dr. Drugov's presentation of a revolutionary new bullet proof vest. While Mozzie helps Neal contact Sam again, Burke's team discovers he stole that identity. Neal presumes he staged his death, but either way, a killer also dog's Phelps' trail.

Tue, Jan 22, 201344 mins
Neal's father, James Bennett, explains how, as a young cop, he began working for a gangster named Dennis Flynn, now deceased. When he tried to quit, Flynn framed him for the murder of his superior, and he confessed when some unknown person with high law enforcement connections threatened James's wife, Neal, and cop colleague Ellen. Believing him guilty, Neal's mother refused further contact. Neal and Peter infiltrate the operations of Flynn's son, Dennis Jr., who rebuilt the family empire based on Irish whiskey. Posing as the maker and potential buyer, respectively, of perfectly-counterfeited super-exclusive whiskey, they prove that the younger Dennis killed Ellen, but Dennis is killed when taken into custody, proving that the law enforcement conspiracy is on to them. James goes to a safe house.

Eager to catch corrupt senator Terrence Pratt (the presumed killer of Flynn), the team resolves to prove his part in covering up criminal materials fraud by his major, equally corrupt campaign donor, real estate tycoon Cole Edwards. They learn that the brother is an ex-con, so they send Diana undercover to find out what's going on.

To locate the evidence box, Neal needs a state of the art scanner, like one the FBI (where Amanda Callaway just took charge) acquired; so, on their own time he and Peter aim to prove that rare works of a priceless sculptor are brilliant forgeries made by his almost as inaccessible assistant, JB Bellmiere, using the scanner to locate the master's signature note while also smuggling it out for Mozzie to search the Empire State Building's 50th floor, where they hope to find the hidden box.
