A young boy is considered to be the reincarnation of a former master named Lama Dolgin. Walker helps protect Master Rin who has taken the boy under his wing in order to restore him to his power.

Trivette's cousin who's in the army discovers discrepancies in their inventory of munitions. He calls Trivette asking him to see him on his way some men attack him, one of them is a soldier he knows. Walker and Trivette investigate cause Trivette doesn't believe it's an accident. They go to the base and discover the discrepancies Trivette notices a sergeant odd behavior. They follow him and discover him selling weapons so they arrest him. They learn he's a white supremacist and the leader of a group.. Alex is at a TV station being interviewed when the sergeant's people take over the station and demand his release. They release him and he enters the station and decides to use the station to spread his hate. He keeps Alex hostage. Walker goes in to try and save them.

When a skeleton is found at a construction site, rangers Walker and Trivette are called in to investigate. Walker has visions of a young Native American man riding a horse and quickly realizes he has a young man's murder in his hands. With his partner Trivette, they begin to investigate the case that will lead them to discover the author of such crime.

A group of cops execute criminals that beat the justice system. After a few murders, the Rangers figure out the pattern and try to track them down. When an innocent person is killed, Walker makes it his job to stop them.

An Israeli agricultural conglomerate is testing cattle feed additive on milk cows at a Cherokee Indian reservation. The profit from the feed could reach into the billions of dollars. But the feed is tainted, it causes a deadly virus resulting in the sudden death of countless Indians. Walker (who is half Cherokee) knows that this virus is man-made. He becomes alarmed when the CDC sends in armed troops to prevent anyone from leaving the reservation.

Alex is about to prosecute a man named Karl Mayes. She learns that he hired her father to defend him. Her father is a recovering alcoholic and Mayes gets him to drink. Eventually he's not sure if he can defend Mayes which makes him wonder if he can trust him to keep quiet.

During his stint in the Marine Corps during the Vietnam War, Walker and Randy Shrader served in the Special Forces. During a crucial battle, Shrader sells out to the People's Army of Vietnam, abandoning Walker's unit and leaving them for dead. Almost a quarter century later, Shrader has become very wealthy as the lord of a massive drug cartel. To make his hold on the illegal trade even stronger, he steals a state-of-the-art military helicopter, killing several army officers in the process. Walker learns of the helicopter's theft and, once he determines who is the mastermind, decides it is long since time to settle the score with Shrader and bring him to justice ... cleaning the streets of drugs in the process.

Eight years earlier, a bank robbery resulted in the sheriff's death, and criminals escape in a small plane. Current day, the plane is found crashed in Utah's Rocky Mountains. Walker and Alex investigate, riding into the rough wilderness.

Alex, C.D., and a group of fifth and sixth grade students from a Dallas elementary school are kidnapped by mercenaries, who demand $10 million in ransom. Walker and Trivette race against the clock to save them and capture the criminals - also well aware of a deadly storm system with a history of spawning deadly tornadoes.

Walker's friend, Father Blake, is besieged by a ruthless developer who plans to build shoddy condominiums on the same site that he has announced plans to build a shelter for the homeless. The developer's cronies assault Blake, but a down-on-his-luck veteran and his faithful canine companion, Lucky, witness the crime. "Soldier" goes into hiding, so it is up to Lucky to aid Walker in his search for witness and help derail the developer's crooked plans.

Walker transports a mob accountant on a plane so he can testify in court. The mob leader wants him dead, so he causes the plane to crash. Walker and the survivors must find their way from the crash site to safety while the mob chases them.

The Rangers and friends take troubled children to C.D.'s ranch for a weekend camping trip. Brooks is there for community service. One boy takes money from a drug dealer at a restaurant, and now the criminals are after them.

And among his targets is Trent's friend, Carlos.
