In an off-kilter version of New York teeming with artistic factions, a major competition to be presented at the Louvre brings out the worst in a sprawling group of artists, while simultaneously a cryptic art-linked crime spree unfurls. This begins with young adults who are a part of the art world (Painters and Sculptors). These individuals, from different backgrounds all, have their different wants in the art industry, the majority see themselves becoming the Mona Lisa, Leonardo de Vinci, and Julius Caesar of the new age culture.
