Dull-witted Vinnie Verducci, no longer living with his father, moves into another apartment in the building and takes a new job at a construction site and meets Bobby Grazzo, a fellow construction worker whom he asks him to move in with him to help in paying the rent. Meanwhile, Mona Mullins is still pursuing Vinnie whom she still has a world-sized crush on.

Vinnie is going to Dick Butkus Community College. He's reluctant to go out with the hot classmate Casey the night before an exam. It's in the bag with Bobby going out on a date with his teacher Miss O'Seasons.

Bill believes that Bobby's new girlfriend Kendall Borden is the serial killer known as Killer Shiller. Bobby is desperate to break up with her but no one knows what actually sets off the killer since her victims are all dead.

Vinnie comes to the rescue of an old man being harassed by three thugs. For his good deed, he gets sued by one of the thugs.

Bobby causes a fight between Bill and Stanley. Bill moves in with the boys. Bill starts cooking and Vinnie starts eating.

Vinnie pretends to be a poet to get a date with school crush Hillary Bomgarden. He also tells her that Bobby is a physics professor and she gets him a date with the homecoming queen. All the guys are lying to get their dream girls.

Vinnie is desperate to buy a motorcycle. He gets a credit card but Bobby gets rejected. The problem starts when Bobby gets his hands on Vinnie's credit.
