Tracula infects an entire battalion of military vehicles - but he soon finds out he's bitten off more than he can chew when a power-crazed tank, General Motor, challenges his command. Tracula converts a toy car into a Van-Pire in order to tap into a precious supply of fuel but when he infects an entire store of miniature wheels, it quickly becomes clear that bad things come in small packages. Not only do the Motor-Vaters have to figure out how to defeat these tiny terrors before it's too late - they have to rescue the little boy when Tracula kidnaps him and takes the kid for a one-way trip to the graveyard.
