He explores the back streets of Kingston, tastes the island's BBQ at authentic jerk pits, and treks off-road to the Maroons, a community who have lived in the mountains for hundreds of years.

High in the mountain town of Boquete, Todd meets with a coffee genius who stands at the forefront of the industry and produces a bean that sells for an absurd 600 dollars a pound.
