Episode 1
The staff at Valco are worried when rivals Lauda open up nearby. Lauda's staff are in advertising, and their new store Manager Cheryl has a big impact on Gavin. An old face returns with a new job.
Episode 2
The launch of new discount store "Lauder" a few doors away from Valco has resulted in the store being empty and so Gavin and Daniel make a plan of action to get their customers back. Also a familiar face returns to Valco.
Episode 3
Gavin's boss Brendan pays the store a visit, annoyed by Gavin allowing Lauda to open up nearby. Brendan, Gavin and Daniel hatch a plan to undercut the competition, but Cheryl is once again up to the challenge.
Episode 4
Linda runs into an old boyfriend, upsetting Neville. Meanwhile Charlie discovers that Daniel was a contestant on the X-Factor.
Episode 5
Linda forgets Sue's birthday. Things heat up between Gavin and Cheryl. Things cool down between Daniel and Charlie.
Episode 6
Somebody gets fired. Colin tries his hand at blackmail. Heather runs the tasting station. Things are tense between Sue and Linda, and hot between Gavin and Cheryl.

It's a battle of wills between Katie and Lisa. Margaret's inability to identify fruit sends Brian on a spider hunt. And who tampered with Gavin's email?
Episode 8
Valco's 50th anniversary and everyone dresses up like it's the 60's. Neville has a question for Linda. Gavin and Cheryl get locked in the freezer and have to find a way to keep warm. Finally, is there a new couple in the making?

It's Christmas Eve and Gavin is doing is best Scrooge impersonation. An old friend drops by for a visit. Colin is a surprisingly good Santa. But who is Frank?
