Young, rascally magician Ben Hanlin demonstrates his skill not on stage, but in candid camera-like real life situations, often targeting celebrities, several of which he's dared to sneakily make pass him their phone numbers, in one case while sort of stripping. Former X Factor UK candidate Rylan Clark is stick in the elevator with a magical chest. A cahoot among boys band Blue helps set up his mates. Even a tattoo parlor and a vending machine aren't safe for Ben's apparent ability to reach trough or transform solid matter.

Ben, disguised or openly as magician, pulls another bag of tricks on accidental passersby and celebrities, including actor Joe swash and macho ITV presenter Dan Osborn, who is tricked into subjecting himself, along Ben, to a rather excruciating foil-wrapped spa mud treatment. Other stunt prank venues include the street, a shop and even a doctor's office.

As cobbler, Ben treats customers to free juice-proof-spraying and an out-of-place stiletto-heal-repair. As 'medical researcher', he helps a gullible test subject's cheeky boyfriend convince her they are infected with a huge parasite. Ben plants a rat in a touristic rowing boat, breaks into twitter accounts and messes with movie theater foyer customers. As super fan, Ben treats a singer to his dream holiday picture, as memorabilia clerk messes with clients' wishes. Former boxing Champion Joe Calzaghe accepts a photo-shoot to show off his expansive watches collection, but is made to believe Ben gets buried alive.

Ben plays his tricks as security agent on a rude shopper and as sales clerk in a sports memorabilia shop. As Ben poses a photographer, a celebrity's brand new silver Rolex is seemingly dumped from a yacht, yet fished up in a Thames fish. A cahoot boxing gym owner's best friend is dared to punch ball hitting by deliberately insufferable Ben.

Magic show with a difference. Ben Hanlin conjures up mischief as he messes with more unsuspecting celebs, including footballer Robbie Savage and glamour girl Amy Childs.

ITV instructed Ben to sneakily obtain celebrities' DNA. After some tests on commoners and some cool tricks as shop clerk, manipulating products and cash, he goes to work, for one make a football star's bank card (dis)appear to handle his wallet. The final is when Olympic boxing champion Luke Campbell stays angelically calm during a fake sport promotion photo-shoot when Ben seems to chemically dissolve his gold medal.

Ben presents some of the public's favorite tricks from the first season, with their -mainly twittered- and his live comments. They include some tricks in shops and food stands, like the continuously friendly Londoner whose cellphone was seemingly smoothie-blender-mangled, but mainly equally unsuspecting celebrities, like Rylan in the sabotaged elevator. Also fake star photo-shoots, like Ben's 'burial alive', the ghost and the 'fatal cliff fall' of a Blue boys band cahoot.
