On their honeymoon in the Caribbean Doctor Jack Cavanaugh wakes up and finds up that her wife Jensen Cavanaugh has disappeared from their yacht while they were in Bermuda Triangle area. Dr. Jack Cavanaugh decides to stay in the Caribbean and searches nearby Islands for his wife. Followed his desperate search for his wife the doctor meets local police Captain Morgan Bastille with a French accent who tries to make things difficult for the doctor for unknown reasons. Jack also makes friends with a female restaurant owner and bartender Bailey, and a local nurse Pearl who works in island's medical center. As the doctor goes around the Caribbean islands searching for clues, he also helps locals and tourists in need using his medical skills.
