When two non-english speaking refugees are left at the Dumping Ground, Gus tries to find out what their backstory is. And Lily is upset when Cam says she can't have Carmen and Tee over for lunch, so Tracy tries her hardest to set up the perfect afternoon for them behind Cam's back, but the day ends up ending in flames.

New girl Elektra starts a frightening club, which starts to turn life in the dumping ground upside down as it turns more into a gang. Meanwhile Tracy and Sapphire end up embarrassing themselves after using Gina's special pasta sauce.

No-one is happy when Johnny persuades Tee to get fostered without him, so Tracy decides to sort out the mess.

A Day in the Country
The residents of the Dumping Ground take a trip to the country to learn about team-building. But after Gina twists her ankle, everything starts to go wrong as Tracy is made Team Leader for Gina's team, which just happens to be the team troublesome new girl Elektra is in.

Just when Tracy thinks she has a complete family with Lily and Cam, Lily's dad arrives unexpectedly. Meanwhile; Toby, Frank, Carmen, Tee and Liam all get stuck in a scare game between the five of them.

Tracy unexpectedly becomes involved with a group of old people when Liam has to do community service in an old people's home.

Elektra's past comes back to haunt her when an old friend comes looking for her after being released from prison. She gains both Elektra and Tracy's trust, but has she really changed her ways?

Grandad
Frank hits rock bottom and starts to feel even more alone in the world when he is given the sad news that his Grandad has died. And when he's told his Grandad can't have a headstone, Frank get's taken advantage of from an antique store owner when he sells his only family heirloom that his family has. Meanwhile, Tracy starts to realise she's not as independent as other people her age and tries to become more independent by getting her own car.

Chain Reaction
Tracy finds it hard to deal with life when she is left to live on her own, and Lily's return destroys Carmen and Elektra's newfound friendship.
