When Antwanne and Teressa were looking for their current home, they thought they would be empty nesters. Instead, they became the hosts for family gatherings and long term stays. Their chosen home was custom built...but not for them. Their kitchen has shorter-than-standard countertops and virtually no storage.Their main bath has a sunken tub and a shower that's dangerous to get in. As she renovates the space, Hilary must navigate a couple that has opposing priorities and personalities that result in some unique design challenges. Her goal? Create a living space that can accommodate eight to ten family members, but also feels uniquely their own.
